Guidelines for Training

• Always treat your instructors and fellow students with courtesy and respect.
   
• Never question your instructor's abilities.
   
• Always be in control of your actions and emotions.
   
• Practice your techniques as often as possible.
   
• Take constructive criticism with an open mind.
   
• Never be arrogant about what you know. Never think that you know everything about something.
   
• Remember that you can learn something from anyone.
   
• Never say, "I cannot". Have a positive attitude.
   
• Remember all techniques are ultimately self-taught.
   
• Always look inward and try to improve yourself.
